Our Activities
The Society of 100 Principals engages in a variety of activities designed to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and promote leadership development within the education sector.
The Book: "Principals of Change"
Our flagship initiative is the collaborative book, "Principals of Change: Harnessing Innovation and Leadership in Education." This publication aims to be a comprehensive guide for current and aspiring school leaders, drawing on the collective wisdom and diverse experiences of our members.
Chapters are structured to bridge theory and practice, incorporating personal anecdotes and aligning with frameworks like the UK's National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) to support leadership development. The book explores core leadership principles, innovative practices (including AI and educational neuroscience), global perspectives, and future trends in education.
Author guidelines are available upon expressing interest via the contribution form.
Conferences
The Society organizes conferences that serve as key platforms for professional development, networking, and the exchange of ideas among educational leaders. These events feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops covering critical topics in modern education.
Past themes have included technology in education, leadership strategies, and international collaboration. We actively seek partnerships, such as our proposed conference with UNESCO TEC focusing on the One Belt One Road initiative, to broaden our impact and reach.
Details of future conferences will be announced to members.
