About the Society of 100 Principals

Founded on the principle of collaborative leadership, the Society of 100 Principals is a dynamic global network connecting innovative educational leaders dedicated to shaping the future of education.

Our Story

The Society emerged from discussions among school principals, initially in Shanghai, who recognized the need for a dedicated platform to share best practices, foster innovation, and support leadership development within the international education sector. Officially launched with the vision of connecting 100 principals to share 100 principles, the society quickly grew, reflecting a shared desire among educational leaders to collaborate and drive positive change.

From intimate salon discussions to larger conferences and the ambitious "Principals of Change" book project, our activities are designed to stimulate thought, encourage collaboration, and provide practical tools for school improvement. We believe that by working together, we can achieve significant advancements in educational quality and leadership effectiveness.
